E! News has reached out to reps for both Glen, 37, and Michelle, 28, for comment but has not yet heard back.

The news comes shortly after the pair enjoyed a fun date night in Austin, Texas, in late November. As seen in footage shared to social media , Glen and Michelle went dancing out on the town, the former’s arms wrapped around the latter, while she rested her hand on his shoulder.
