Lack of Snow Deludes Winnipeg Man Into Thinking He Doesn’t Need a Parka

It’s the end of November, so you know what that means – parka season. Well not so for area man Collin Rogalsky.

“I’m waiting for it to snow,” said Rogalsky. “I can’t feel the cold at all until it snows.”

According to Rogalsky, he’s feels perfectly content in a pair of shorts and an Unger Review T-shirt .

“I estimate it’s 20 or 25 degrees outside,” said Rogalsky. “Celsius, of course.”

Rogalsky’s wife Mary is really hoping it snows soon so her husband puts on a sweater for once and so that she can finally start her Christmas shopping.
