Marks & Spencer’s Monmouth food store will reopen its doors to customers this Saturday (December 6) at 8am, following its temporary closure following severe flooding in Monmouth town centre overnight on November 15.

People in Monmouth today are still trying to piece back together their lives that were thrown into chaos after Storm Claudia saw rivers reaching record highs and bursting their banks, leaving a cascade of muddy, fast-moving water sweeping down Monnow Street, submerging cars, flooding shop fronts, and inundating homes.
