All signs are pointing to an exit from Philadelphia for Phillies outfielder Nick Castellanos.

Following the Phils' early departure from the playoffs after losing to the Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League Divisional Series, Phillies President of Baseball Operations Dave Dombrowski mentioned a “change of scenery” might be best for Castellanos next season during general manager meetings in Las Vegas last month.

Castellanos is a prime target to be on the move as the Phils look to shake up the roster after falling short of a World Series title after four-straight playoff appearances.
