A house in Avalon that sold for $4.6 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cape May County in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 34 residential real estate sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $1.1 million. The average price per square foot was $702.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 24 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A condominium at 2821 Central Ave. #2821 in Ocean City, has been sold. The price was $1,325,000. The condominium was built in 1993 and has a living area of 1,507 square feet. The price per square foot was $879. The deal was finalized on Oct. 31.
