BUFFALO, N.Y. — Shannon Wilson is the proud owner of Larkinville’s newest café and bakery, Artigiana , pronounced, as she explains, “like 'Gianna,' but with an 'R' and 'T.' ”
Step inside the bright shop at 935 Seneca Street, and you’re greeted with the aroma of freshly baked sourdough and pastries coming out of the oven.
"When you visit us, you can expect to have fresh sourdough, fresh sourdough sandwich loaves, pastry, we have croissants, we also have what we call Nonna's, which are similar to pizza," Wilson told 2 On Your Side .
Everything on the menu is made from scratch, something Wilson takes pride in.
"Everything's in house. Everything is made from scratch here and gosh if I can grow the basil soon here I will," she said.
