NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Middle Tennessee.
Several holiday events are set to take place this weekend across the Midstate.
Here’s a list of some events WSMV has compiled.
Metro Nashville Christmas Tree lighting - Friday, Dec. 5.
This free event will be held in the Public Square Park at 3rd Avenue North and Union Street at 6 p.m. It is open to the public and will feature performances by Lakeview Elementary School Music Program, Head Magnet Middle School Choir, and Olive Branch Church Choir.
Attendees are asked to bring new, unwrapped toys, bikes and other age-appropriate gifts in the $10-$20 range for Last Minute Toy Store’s Toy Drive.
Columbia holiday shop and parade- Friday, Dec. 5, and Saturday, Dec. 6
