Town of Clay man accused of repeatedly sexually abusing two girls under age 13

Rik Flagg, of the Town of Clay, is facing several charges after allegedly sexually abusing two girls under the age of 13 between 2016 and 2018, and is set to have a trial date of April 27, 2026.
