FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Investigators painted the picture of a 2024 shooting that turned Thanksgiving into a tragedy, as the case of Anthony Calderon's death continued in court Friday.
The room was seemingly split in half.
On one side, family and friends of the three defendants.
Uniese Brown, Christopher Stanley, and Demarion Hackett are each charged with killing 22-year-old Calderon.
His family sat just across the aisle, hoping to take their fight for justice forward into a jury trial as prosecutors began calling witnesses to the stand.
Fresno Police crime scene investigator Matt Schaefer walked prosecutors through the scene of the crime.
Evidence showed aerial shots of the scene covered in colored dots, all signifying bullet casings found by investigators.
