THE WEEKEND: Mild temperatures continue with many in the 40s Saturday. Higher elevation areas, especially the northern and central mountains, can expect heavy snow. Plan on gusty wind throughout the day Saturday. The evening looks chilly and dry for the Festival of Lights Parade!
