GRAND RIVERS, Ky. (KFVS) - Kentucky State Police Troopers say four people have been arrested for taking more than $3,000 worth of items from Lighthouse Landing.
Investigators say the theft ultimately cost the business more than $16,000 in damages because the rooms needed to be deep-cleaned and resupplied. That resulted in lost revenue.
Troopers say that while executing a search warrant at a home in Hopkinsville, much of the stolen property was recovered.
The owners of Lighthouse Landing posted a message on social media that read, in part: “Thank you for sharing our post - social media certainly helped us!! The thieves are caught thanks to Trooper Stewart, the Lighthouse Landing Team, and everyone who shared the post! Today we are thankful that we will get most of our cottage furnishings
