Two men are accused of firing multiple rounds from a 9mm handgun while speeding down Northwest Erwin O. Rieger Memorial Highway on Dec. 2, placing a man parked nearby in fear of being shot.
Emilio Gomez, 21, of Vancouver and Marquez Quintero, 19, no city of residence listed, appeared Thursday in Clark County Superior Court on allegations of drive-by shooting.
Judge Christine Hayes set bail for Gomez at $50,000, noting his lack of criminal history. Hayes set Quintero’s bail at $65,000, citing an active warrant and pending theft cases.
They are scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday.
