STORM LAKE, Iowa (KTIV) — What started with four animated elves bought for $150 in 1962 has grown into what’s believed to be one of the largest displays of antique Christmas animatronics in the world.

Santa’s Castle in Storm Lake continues to create holiday memories for families, with organizers believing the attraction features the largest display of Christmas animatronics globally.

“It is so mystical, so magical. If you ever want to get into the spirit of Christmas, come to Santa’s Castle,” said Ron Hott, President of Santa’s Castle.

The attraction draws multiple generations of families who return year after year.
