BONANZA, Ark. — Court documents show that on February 16th, 2025, Charity Beallis' husband, Dr. Randall Beallis, was arrested after allegedly strangling Charity in front of her children at their Bonanza Home. Charity filed for divorce on March 5th, 2025.

5NEWS confirmed on Friday that the final divorce hearing scheduled for December 2nd was held at the Sebastian County Courthouse in Fort Smith.

Sebastian County's circuit court clerk told 5NEWS that all documents surrounding the divorce were available on Court Connect. However, there are no documents available referencing the final divorce hearing or its outcome.

On Dec. 4, after officials announced that Charity died, Randall's attorney filed a motion to dismiss the divorce case.
