A new children’s enrichment and physical development center will open its doors in Trexlertown on Dec. 15, offering gymnastics classes and movement-based learning programs to Lehigh Valley families.

The Little Gym of Trexlertown , located at 6900 Hamilton Blvd., will serve children through programs designed to support physical, cognitive and social development.

The facility is owned by Matthew and Nichole Pitz, local parents of three who have operated small businesses in the Trexlertown area for the past five years.

Matthew Pitz left a 30-year career in telecommunications to pursue entrepreneurship and bring the franchise to the community. He will oversee daily operations with support from his wife and their three sons, Matthew, 16, Mason, 14, and Michael, 11.
