The area saw a total of 17 residential real estate sales during the past two weeks, averaging $586,588. The average price per square foot was $326.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 17 to the week of Nov. 30 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The sale of the single-family home at 5208 N. Oaks Blvd. in North Brunswick has been finalized. The price was $475,000. It was built in 1988 and has a living area of 1,534 square feet. The price per square foot was $310. The deal was finalized on Nov. 10.
