A house in Camden that sold for $225,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Camden area between Nov. 17 and Nov. 30.

During the past two weeks, a total of 16 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $139,747, or $106 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 17 to the week of Nov. 30 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $150K, single-family home at 532 Randolph Street

A 1,162-square-foot detached house at 532 Randolph Street in Camden has been sold. The price was $150,000, $129 per square foot. The house was built in 1940. The deal was finalized on Nov. 12.
