Strictly Come Dancing legend Dame Arlene Phillips has made a poignant revelation about her own mortality.
The beloved dancer and choreographer, 82, was discussing her father's struggle with Alzheimer's when she reflected on how she would handle the devastating condition herself.
In an interview with The Times Weekend supplement, she revealed: "My friends and I talk about this a lot. I think if I had Alzheimer's I'd like to go to Dignitas. So many people are against that, but it would be my decision. I don't ever want my daughters to go through what I went through."
