Georgetown police investigate suspected foul play in Sun City deaths after fire

GEORGETOWN, Texas — The Georgetown Police Department is investigating after two people were found dead in the Sun City neighborhood on Friday night.

According to police, first responders were called to a fire in the 300 block of Pipe Creek Lane and found two male victims “with trauma.”

Investigators suspect foul play in the deaths but say it is too early to determine the circumstances or if a third party was involved.

The public has been asked to avoid the area as investigators process the scene.
