The New Orleans Pelicans are off to a disappointing start to the season.
They are 3-20 heading into Saturday’s road game against the Brooklyn Nets.
The slow start has led to several reports that say executive vice president of basketball operations Joe Dumars is listening to trade offers for some of the team's core players.
But according to sources familiar with the situation, the Pelicans have not had any conversations with other teams about trading Zion Williamson, Trey Murphy or Herb Jones.
Williamson, who has played in 10 games this season, is currently dealing with a grade 2 right adductor strain. He is averaging 22.1 points, 5.6 rebounds and 4 assists.
