The 29-year-old woman killed in a blistering Bronx crash was driving at an unsafe speed and had spun out of control before slamming into two trucks, police said Saturday.
Angie Miguel was behind the wheel of the white 2016 Infiniti sedan at around 4:30 a.m. Friday when she failed to navigate a curve on the eastbound side of the Bruckner Expressway near Whittier St. in the Soundview section of the Bronx.
Two large trucks, including a tractor-trailer, were heading in the same direction and slowing down for a red light as Miguel lost control of the wheel and began spinning toward them.
The Infiniti rotated to the right until its driver’s side crashed into the rear of one of the two trucks, which rear-ended the truck in front of it, cops said.
