UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. (Nebraska Athletics) - Amiah Hargrove erupted for a career-high 26 points, including 4-of-5 three-pointers, to lead five Huskers in double figures and shoot Nebraska to a 101-83 women’s basketball win over Penn State on Saturday afternoon at the Bryce Jordan Center.

With the victory, Nebraska improved to 9-0 and scored 80 points for the school-record ninth consecutive game, while Penn State slipped to 6-2 on the year. The Huskers won their Big Ten opener by putting up 67 points in the second half alone, including 31 in the third and 36 in the fourth.
