Emergency services responded to a significant incident at Heathrow Airport's Terminal 3 car park after multiple people were attacked with what is believed to be pepper spray.

The Metropolitan Police confirmed officers were called just after 8am following the assault by a group of men who then fled the scene.

Although 21 people required treatment, with five taken to hospital, authorities confirmed the incident is not being treated as terrorism and involved individuals known to each other.
