BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - We are waking up to plenty of sunshine this morning with mostly sunny skies. Sunshine will continue through the midday before clouds build across Maine this afternoon. High temps will vary from the mid 10s to low 30s today. NW to NE gusts will reach 20-25 mph.

Shortly after sunset, snow showers will enter Western Maine and will expand across the state throughout the evening. The height of the snow showers will peak around midnight, before snow showers exit to our East early Monday morning with breaks in clouds developing and sunshine returning by sunrise for many.

Confidence is increasing with snowfall totals. The majority of Maine will receive 1-4 inches of snow, and probably on the lower side of that (likely 1-3 inches). A few pockets of more consistent or heavie
