BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - A former East Baton Rouge Parish substitute teacher previously charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile was arrested again on Friday after allegedly contacting the 16-year-old student she was ordered to stay away from, according to the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Chloe Ephron, 24, was first arrested on November 20 after investigators said she began an inappropriate relationship with a student athlete, including exchanging explicit messages and photos.
