MONONA, Wis. (WMTV) - The Aldo Leopold Nature Center welcomed crowds Sunday for its annual Holiday Market, a long-running event that showcases local artists while raising money for children’s environmental education programs.

The free, family-friendly market ran from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and featured more than two dozen Wisconsin makers offering sustainable, handcrafted goods. Organizers say the event continues to grow each year as more people discover it.

“It definitely gets a little more popular every year as more and more people find out about it and we publicize it more,” said Sarah Voss, the center’s Director of Community Engagement. “So, it’s really awesome to see it grow over the last few years.”
