Placko Center was home to a craft show and Christmas Tree Walk on Sunday in Struthers, hosting around 40 vendors and donating Christmas trees to those in need.
The event consisted of local craft makers and handmade gifts at the old Struther's Methodist Church, which was officially reopened as Placko Center in June.
The Placko Center's owner, Phil Placko, stated how the location is unique for the area due to the available size and versatility of the space.
"I can hold 250 people in our dining hall, and I have the ability to do whatever I want; I don't have to question anybody on what to do or what not to do," Placko said.
The event was larger than originally expected, with their first craft show having only 13 vendors. On Sunday, Placko stated how they had to open the second dining hall
