AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - The Randall Lady Raiders basketball team is working through their non-district schedule while building on last year’s success, despite having no seniors on the roster.
The team is relying on leadership from players who gained varsity experience last season as they navigate new roles and responsibilities.
“They got a lot of minutes on the varsity last year, but they have new roles this year,” said head coach Brooke Walthall. “Definitely in that transition of like learning how to be a leader and not to be a great player. But, I just love how they’re exacting every day and growing and getting better.”
