Police have launched an investigation after a man was sexually assaulted by another man at a popular lake.

The victim was reportedly sat on a bench at Gloucester Boating Lake in Gloucestershire, when a man approached and sat down next to him.

The man alleges that the suspect then winked at him, made a sexualised comment and touched his thigh before leaving when asked to do so.

The incident took place between 12.50pm and 1.20pm on November 25. The suspect was described as being white, aged in his 20s, around 5ft 9ins tall and had dark/brownish hair which was short above the ears and long on top. He was wearing black trainers with white stripes and dark c
