In a move to make train travel more comfortable, Indian Railways has strengthened its facilities for senior citizens , women aged 45 and above, pregnant passengers , visually impaired travellers and persons with disabilities (divyangjan). Automatic lower berth allotments, reserved quotas across classes, dedicated coaches for Divyangjans, and integrated Braille signage are some of the features introduced by Indian Railways for a category of passengers.
