A bitterly cold arctic air mass is pushing into central Pennsylvania Monday, bringing temperatures 15 to 20 degrees below average with dangerous overnight lows possibly approaching record territory.

Residents across central Pennsylvania will experience mostly cloudy and cold conditions Monday with high temperatures only reaching the upper teens to upper 20s.
