A video of an IndiGo pilot speaking to passengers on a delayed flight has been widely shared online. In the clip, the pilot talks openly about the tough situation the airline is facing and begins by saying “I am sorry", while also reminding flyers that the crew is struggling too.

The video was posted on Instagram by Pradeep Krishnan, who works as a pilot with IndiGo. He explains that he understands how delays can cause people to miss important plans, and he tries to comfort the passengers by saying he wants to get home just as much as they do.
