Starbucks has hinted its viral "Bearista" cup may return to stores, more than a month after customers lined up at dawn to snag the coveted merchandise the day it was released.
The 20-ounce, $29.95 glass cold cup made its debut at Starbucks stores across the nation on Thursday, Nov. 6, sparking a buying frenzy. While some lucky customers managed to secure a "Bearista" cup, many others were left empty-handed as the cups sold out quickly.
The Seattle-based coffee chain released a statement apologizing for "the disappointment this may have caused," and reassuring customers that more "exciting merchandise" was on the way.
