WHAT: Township park board meeting Friday

PRESENT: Jessica Gault, Allen Seman and Shawn Pompelia

The board:

• Recognized Gault for her three terms as a member of the park board. Her term ends Dec. 31. Officials said a new park board member will be named shortly.

• Approved an agreement with MBI Studios at $460 for updates to the park website.
