A federal judge in Boston dismissed a lawsuit filed by Harvard Business School graduate Yoav Segev accusing the university of antisemitic discrimination on Thursday.

Segev, an Israeli American, sued Harvard University in July amid fallout from a pro-Palestinian demonstration on the business school campus in 2023, during which he filmed protesters with his cellphone. Some participants of the “die-in” protest surrounded him as he recorded and stepped over them. He eventually walked away after some shouting and jostling , but video of the confrontation erupted in political controversy.
