HEFLIN – Brooklynn Bruce netted 21 points, had six steals, grabbed four rebounds, and dished out an assist in leading the Cherokee County Lady Warriors to a 65-9 area basketball rout at Cleburne County on Friday.

Ellisan Givens added 14 points, six steals and three rebounds. Marie Crane contributed nine points, eight boards, seven steals, and two assists. Nevaeh Gaidurgis came away with eight points, six rebounds, five steals, and two assists. Ava Martin finished with seven points and a pair of steals.

Cherokee County (6-1) is at Hokes Bluff on Monday.
