A man is accused of causing a disturbance outside of a Gales Ferry restaurant after he was asked not to return following an alleged altercation.
Joshua W. Taylor, 29, of Colchester is charged with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree trespass, according to the Ledyard Police Department .
Officers responded to Triple B Best Burgers & Brews , located at 1649 Route 12 in Gales Ferry, around 12:50 a.m. on Saturday for an active disturbance, police said.
Officers learned that Taylor allegedly got into a physical altercation and was escorted from the premises. According to police, he was told by the staff not to come back and was informed that he was banned from the business.
