For every gift dropped off, participants receive d a ballot for a chance to win one of three $100 Metro gift cards. And through its e-billing campaign , for every PUC customer who signs up between Nov. 24 and Dec. 24, $20 is donated . Christmas Cheer is fully funded by The Sault Star Santa Fund , currently collecting donations at its Station Mall kiosk.
