Clemson and Penn State have accepted invitations to play in the 2025 Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium on Saturday, Dec. 27, with kickoff scheduled for noon ET on ABC.

The matchup marks the 15th edition of the game and the second all-time meeting between the two programs. Clemson defeated Penn State 35-10 in the 1988 Citrus Bowl, their only previous encounter. This year’s bowl represents the 11th consecutive Pinstripe Bowl to feature teams from the Big Ten and ACC.

Clemson enters the game after engineering one of the largest turnarounds in program history.

The Tigers started 1-3 before finishing the regular season on a four-game winning streak to reach 7-5 overall and 4-4 in ACC play. The team became the first in program history to reach seven wins after starting 1-3
