Food-loving Glaswegians are in luck this Christmas, as the nation's officially best-rated burger , which is usually a 90-minute drive away, can now be found just a 15-minute walk from the city centre .

Award-winning brand, Burger Island, from Fife, is now available at Glasgow Green's Winter Wonderland and was recently named the Best Burger Place in Scotland at the first-ever British Burger Awards.

Famous for its stacked creations, loaded dogs and fries, and limited-edition specials. visitors to the Glasgow Green event can now enjoy all that Burger Island has to offer at its Winter Wonderland stall, which is open Mondays to Fridays, from 3pm-10pm, and Saturdays and Sunday, from 12pm-10pm. Hours will extend from December 19.
