PHOENIX — A man arrested in a deadly November road rage incident in Phoenix has been indicted by a grand jury, according to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.
MCAO believes that on Nov. 22, Tyrone Chilly was involved in a road rage shooting that led to the death of a man, Quincy Polk, and his 8-year-old daughter. The shooting occurred at 19th Avenue and Baseline Road.
During the altercation, Chilly allegedly wounded a woman and a five-year-old girl.
Chilly has been indicted for the following charges:
one count of first-degree murder, a Class One Dangerous felony
one count of first-degree murder, a Class One Dangerous felony and Dangerous Crime Against Children
one count of attempt to commit second-degree murder, a Class Two Dangerous felony
one count of aggravated assault, a C
