A driver from Quebec faces an impaired charge after getting pulled over in Sudbury.
Officers stopped the vehicle on Highway 17 around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, the OPP said in a release.

Open liquor was found in the vehicle and the driver was transported to an OPP detachment for further impaired testing.
Miguel Gauthier, 40, was charged with impaired driving over 80 mgs and driving with booze readily available. He was issued a 90-day licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear in Sudbury court on Jan. 7.
