High school girls swimming in the lehighvalleylive.com region is providing a sense of déjà vu as we dive into the 2025-26 season. Six All-Area first-team selections, led by 2025 Girls Swimmer of the Year Sydney LaBaugh of Parkland, return and eight of 10 second-team members are back.

And it’s not just the swimming veterans who will elevate the competition this winter. Freedom senior Hayden Taylor is the reigning PIAA Class 3A 1-meter diving silver medalist.

A huge thank you to the coaches who returned our preseason questionnaire to provide insights into their teams’ prospects for 2025-26.
