A 13-year-old is facing charges after Sault Ste. Marie Police Service responded to a disturbance on Second Line West Saturday night.
Police say 911 communicators received a call around 8:40 p.m. on Dec. 6 reporting an incident involving a youth in the 600 block of Second Line West.

When officers arrived, an investigation determined the accused had sexually assaulted another youth. Police say the accused also verbally threatened an adult who intervened.
The youth was arrested and is charged with sexual assault and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
The accused was held in custody pending a hearing in weekend and statutory holiday court.
