Wales is set to be battered by Storm Bram on Monday night and for most of the day on Tuesday as several Met Office warnings come into force across the country.

There are currently three warnings in place which impact Wales over the next 24 hours or so.

The first is a ‘Yellow warning’ for rain which comes into force at 6pm on Monday and will remain in place until 2pm on Tuesday. This covers practically the whole of Wales. Read the biggest stories in Wales first by signing up to our daily newsletter here.

Secondly, a ‘Yellow warning’ for wind will be in force between 10pm on Monday and 4pm on Tuesday, covering a huge part of Wales including west Wales, mid Wales and most of north Wales.

Then, an ‘Amber warning’ for rain will come into force at midnight until 10am on Tuesday,
