Sandie Peggie says she is "relieved" after being found to have been unlawfully harassed by NHS Fife in a row over sharing a staff changing room with a trans colleague . The nurse of 30 years took NHS Fife to a tribunal after refusing to share a Kirkcaldy hospital changing room with Dr Beth Upton.
Giving a short statement in Edinburgh on the day the judgment was published, Ms Peggie’s solicitor Margaret Gribbon spoke on her behalf. She said: "I am beyond relieved and delighted that the tribunal has found that my employer Fife Health Board harassed me after I complained about having to share a female-only changing room with a male colleague.
