LLOYD, N.Y. — An allegedly intoxicated Wallkill driver was arrested after fleeing from Marlborough police and striking two vehicles on U.S. Route 9W, resulting in a rollover crash and minor injuries, officials said Monday.
Harold Fleet, 25, of Wallkill, was arrested at about 3:45 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, by Marlborough police and state police at Highland and charged with the felonies of driving while intoxicated with two previous convictions within 10 years, aggravated unlicensed driving and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, and the misdemeanors of reckless driving, using a rented/leased/loaned vehicle with a court-ordered ignition interlock device, fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, reckless endangerment, obstr
