KINGSTON, N.Y. — A Highland man was arrested by U.S. Marshals in connection with a Sept. 4 shots fired incident on Elmendorf Street near Belvedere Street, city police said Monday.
Kenneth Vann, 22, of Vinyard Avenue in Highland, was indicted by an Ulster County grand jury following the incident, police said.
He was arrested by U.S. Marshals on the morning of Monday, Dec. 8, and charged with the felonies of criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment and tampering with physical evidence, and the misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
Vann was identified following an investigation into the incident where multiple shots were fired, police said. Police sought assistance from the U.S. Marshals Service New Yor
