ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. — The Orangeburg County Coroner’s Office has identified the man who was killed in a single-vehicle crash last week on Interstate 95 .

Coroner Sean Fogle said Kevin Percy, 63, of Washington Street in Wrentham, Massachusetts, was fatally injured in the wreck, which happened Friday, December 5, 2025, on I-95 southbound near mile marker 89 near Holly Hill.

According to the coroner’s office, Percy was driving a 2023 Penske when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree. Percy was pronounced dead at the scene.

The coroner reported Percy died of blunt force injuries due to the collision, and the manner of death was ruled an accident.
