RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — The Richland County Coroner’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a man who was struck and killed by a vehicle on Two Notch Road earlier this month.
According to the coroner’s office, the deceased is a Hispanic male believed to be in his 30s to 40s. He died on Dec. 6, 2025, after being hit by a vehicle on Two Notch Road.
Investigators say the man has four tattoos that may help with identification. The tattoos include the name “Fernando” on his left outer forearm, another tattoo on the left inner forearm, an additional tattoo on the left outer forearm, and the name “Maria” tattooed across his upper back.
